The Immaculate Conception
The Immaculate Conception – Monday is the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. There will be a Said Mass at 12.30pm at S. Mark’s and a Sung Mass at 7.30pm at S. Luke’s.
Confirmation
Bishop Paul will be with us to administer the lifegiving and vivifying sacraments of baptism and confirmation next week. Please make sure the Mass is in your diary – 7pm, Wednesday, 10 December at S. Mark’s. Please pray for the candidates. May the Lord be praised for his gift of faith and may the Holy Spirit give these candidates strength and joy.
Contemplative Worship
Our next Taize-style Contemplative Worship will be 14th December, at 4.30pm at S. Saviour’s.
It will be a short and peaceful service, with simple chants and a chance for meditation.
Evening Prayer will follow at 5pm.
Everyone is welcome. Please do come along.
Sunday Kids Club
We have provision for children at all three churches during the
Sunday Mass.
Welcome Space
Welcome Space – S. Mark’s hall will be hosting a Welcome Space on Mondays between 1-4pm. This will be a weekly event, and a social space for people to enjoy free refreshments including toast and soup, board games & arts and crafts, and time to chat with other people. If you would like to volunteer in helping to run this or help in any other way, then please speak to Fr Tim or Tom
Youth Group
Our Youth Club runs at S. Saviour’s Church Hall, SN1 3NS, from 7.30 – 9.30pm on Fridays during term time and is for all young people aged 11–17. There will be games, activities and tuckshop. It is FREE (except for the tuckshop!). If you are interested, please speak to Tom or contact him at tom@psnt.uk
Toddler Group
Toddler Group runs Mondays during school term time from 9am – 10.30am, at S. Mark’s Hall. If you would like more information or if you feel you can help sometimes, please speak to Tom tom@psnt.uk
Singing group
The singing group for young people and children is at S. Saviour’s on Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 6pm. All aged 7 to 17 are welcome. For more details, please speak to our Mission Worker, Tom Dumbell – tom@psnt.uk.
